Casting Simulation

In construction they say measure twice, cut once. The parallel in our business is casting simulation. Casting simulation is like a pre-test to make sure all the numbers work – before we tool up.

During this phase we simulate our risering design, virtually slicing the design in every direction to expose defects. PPF can provide this important service so that any potential defects can be identified and corrected before:
