In-House heat Treatment

All of our heat treatment solution aging and precipitation aging is meticulously controlled in-house to ensure specified physical properties are satisfied.

Having in-house heat treatment is a tremendous time saver for PPF customers. Because PPF is the only customer, we control the schedule. There is no down time waiting for castings to be sent out of house. Our accelerated precipitation aging process is complete in a matter of hours vs. days or weeks required for outsourced heat treatment.
