Machining is the process of removing excess material from a work piece. Machining is necessary where tight tolerances on dimensions and finishes are required.

As part of our commitment to one-stop service, PPF offers both in-house and locally sourced machining and finishing of your cast components. We manage this part of the casting process – so you don’t have to!

PPF can achieve finishes from sand-cast to permanent mold to burnished and mirror-finishes, machined, polished or grained.
