Production Pattern Foundry, Inc. (PPF) is an ISO-Certified, full-production casting foundry working exclusively in clean, versatile aluminum alloys. Our sole business focus is developing custom castings for a variety of applications.
Our modern facility just outside of Carson City, Nevada, houses two foundries pouring high-quality aluminum castings in greensand and permanent mold. We employ an average of 130 people as patternmakers, molders, grinders, machinists, and support personnel.
